Me and the Therapy Room:
Psychodynamic therapy is an inward and profound journey that is shaped through continuous interaction between the therapist and the client. This two-person voyage requires a relationship based on trust, empathy, and acceptance; a relationship in which a safe and supportive therapy environment facilitates storytelling—even of those parts that might initially seem insignificant or trivial, but may carry fundamental meanings from overlooked experiences.
In this process, the therapist assists the client, not with pre-determined answers, but through active presence and deep attention, helping them gradually recognize, experience, and confront their unconscious or unaccepted aspects in a new way. Because, from an analytical perspective, every sign can hold meaning and serve as a pathway toward uncovering deeper layers of the psyche.
