As a cognitive behavioral therapist, my focus is on assisting young adults, particularly those from the LGBTQ+ community and other minorities, in navigating life’s challenges. I have experience working with individuals facing OCD, anxiety disorders, and other mental health concerns. By utilizing CBT, an evidence-based approach, I help my clients develop effective coping strategies and foster resilience. My goal is to empower each individual to overcome their mental health issues and lead a fulfilling life.

In addition, I have had the privilege of receiving clinical supervision from Dr. Gharaei and Dr. Salavati during my clinical practice.

Building upon this foundation, my research areas encompass vital aspects of mental health, including suicide, mental health stigma, depression, and OCD.
